Hi, I’m Shubhanka, a final-year student at Harsha College of Pharmacy, and my journey here over the past four years has been truly transformative. When I first stepped into Harsha, I was a newcomer to the world of pharmacy and research, unsure of what to expect. But today, I can proudly say that my time here has ignited a deep passion for both pharmacy and research.

Under the guidance of Ms. Meena, I had the incredible opportunity to work on a research project analyzing phenyl diamine as an adulterant in marketed henna products. Henna, scientifically known as Lawsonia inermis, has been used for centuries for body art, and our research focused on ensuring its purity and safety. The project not only deepened my understanding of the field but also helped me secure a research grant, which was a huge milestone in my academic journey.

What has made my experience even more enriching is the supportive environment at Harsha College, where I’ve had access to top-notch education and mentorship. The faculty here truly care about our development, and the exposure to both theoretical knowledge and practical skills has been exceptional. From engaging in hands-on learning to participating in vibrant college events, I’ve created memories that I’ll cherish forever. Harsha has truly been the place where my academic and personal growth flourished, and I’m excited for what the future holds!
