The field of nursing requires students to perform innumerable practical examinations during the entire duration of the course. These practical sessions require specialized laboratories, well-equipped to carry out all the necessary procedures such as monitoring blood pressures, drawing blood, wound care, oxygenation therapy and catheterization to name a few. Each of our students will be accompanied by an experienced and a professional nurse during practical examinations and procedures.

IQAC was established in Harsha College of Nursing with an aim to impart quality enhancement in academics, research, and co-curricular activities.
National Assessment Accreditation Council (NAAC)
The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore, suggests that all accredited institutions set up an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as a post-accreditation quality sustenance measure in accordance with its action plan for performance evaluation, assessment, accreditation, and quality improvement of institutions of higher education. The IQAC will integrate into the institution’s system and strive to achieve the objectives of quality enhancement and sustenance because quality enhancement is an ongoing activity. The IQAC’s main goal is to create a system that will improve institutions’ overall performance in a deliberate, consistent, and catalytic manner. For this reason, it will focus all of the institution’s efforts and actions during the post-accreditation phase on advancing its overall academic quality.
